Pick up your dog dirt!

As with a lot of villages, Tebay has a problem with irresponsible dog owners not picking up their dog mess.
Teaching Assistant at Tebay Primary School, Michelle Fisher decided to involve the children in the school’s after school club by making ‘poo dispensers’ these were made out of old plastic bottles and filled with ‘poo’ bags.
The children also made some colourful signs and with parents and friends of the school, led by Miss Fisher they walked around the village putting the dispensers in prominent places.
