Year 4, 5 and 6 residential to Liverpool:
The children left for Liverpool at 8am on Wednesday morning accompanied by Mrs Wright and Miss Jameson. On arrival at Liverpool they travelled along the Mersey by ferry, visited the World Museum and the Beatles Story Museum, after dinner at the hostel they went to the Empire Theatre to watch ‘School of Rock’. After breakfast on Thursday morning, they travelled to Chester Zoo for the day, returning to school for just before 5pm.
Mrs Wright said:
‘The children’s behaviour was exemplary, they listened well to instructions whilst in a big city, engaged in all the activities, they were a credit to Tebay School, parents should be very proud.’
