Children’s Mental Health week – 1st – 7th Feb

As mentioned on Friday, this week, as part of Children’s Mental health week, we are going to be engaging in a range of activities. We’d love to see you joining in. Send your photos so we can share them in a video at the end of the week.

Tuesday – Tuesday Tales

On Tuesday we are asking all the children to join us for a story. A Teams invite will be sent out. Make a cosy reading den, get your favourite drink and snack and join us at 2:45pm

Wednesday – Inside out day

Wear an item of clothing inside out as a way of making us all stop and think. How someone looks on the outside doesn’t necessarily reflect how they are truly feeling on the inside, so it is important to always be kind and think of others.

Thursday – Fun Challenge Thursday.

How fast can you move 10 small food items from one bowl to another just using a straw. You could use anything like raisins, smarties or marshmallows  Time yourself. The fastest time to do this in each class wins a prize.

Friday – Feel Good Friday

The Charity Mind have identified Five ways to well-being. On Friday we would like you to choose to do one thing under each of the headings below. These are just ideas. You may have better ideas yourself!
